The Clean Vap is a carcass sterilization system at the final stage on the slaughtering lines, It throws steam to remove bacteria and get the steam through a suction system. In France, most of the beef slaughterhouse are now equipped with the Clean Vap.
It can be used on Pork and Beef slaughtering line – Appreciated in the pork industry for eliminating visible stains.
